I will be offering a yoga/healing workshop with Louanne Lawson. Participants in the “Once upon a Posture” workshop will playfully explore archetype imagery in fairy tales with yoga postures to help us grow in self awareness and in understanding our psyche.
Friday 7:30 p.m. Introduction with guided mediation
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m, 2:00 p.m. - 5:00p.m.
Sunday: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Friday evening only $15
