An Introduction to Human Energy Dynamics
Workshop November 12
2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Course content will demonstrate:
- An understanding of how we use energy — to help us or hurt us — in our everyday interactions with our coworkers, clients, and families.
- The ability to perceive push, pull, stop, contract, and diffuse energy movements.
- In our interactions with others, the ability to observe when we are creating these movements from our strength and from our defense.
- How to apply this information for beneficial results.
- How to correlate this information to the five core character structures of Schizoid, Oral, Masochist, Narcissist, and Rigid.
- How to increase self-awareness, strengthen interpersonal and intrapersonal, skills and deepen our capacity for compassion.
